2026 Annual Health-ISAC® Member Satisfaction Survey Results

Health ISAC recently conducted our 5th Annual Member Satisfaction Survey in May/June 2026, and the response was outstanding.
The 2026 survey results demonstrate that the global healthcare community derives immense value from Health-ISAC’s capabilities, driving strong Member loyalty that aligns with world-class service benchmarks. Multi-year trends confirm a significant maturity shift across our ecosystem: Members are successfully transforming their security postures from reactive defenses into proactive, metrics-driven operations. Threat intelligence is no longer passively consumed—it is actively operationalized into daily security workflows.
However, the survey underscores distinct operational profiles based on organizational scale:
- Smaller organizations require streamlined, turnkey insights, practical playbooks, and resource-efficient tools to maximize small teams.
- Larger organizations depend on deep data integration, automated sharing mechanics, and specialized threat filtering to cut through operational noise.
Ultimately, high participation rates, strong Net Promoter Scores, and robust satisfaction metrics reinforce Health-ISAC’s role as an indispensable partner to the health sector. Moving forward, these quantitative and qualitative insights will directly inform Health-ISAC’s strategic roadmap to continuously refine service offerings and drive measurable value across our global Membership base.
