As COO, Linda Joseph Brings Operational Excellence to Elevate
Health-ISAC to the Next Level and Benefit the Health Sector
Titusville, FL, January 14, 2021 –
The Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center, (H-ISAC), a member-governed non-profit that is the global health and public health (HPH) sector’s trusted community for sharing cyber and physical security information, announced Linda Joseph has joined the ISAC as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 11, 2020. Linda brings over 28 years in leadership and professional management experience to her role at H-ISAC.
Her expertise lies in evaluating and increasing effectiveness of internal and external processes with her global vision and background, developing and implementing technology and web-based systems to optimize day-to-day operations.
Previously, Ms. Joseph has held various executive level roles within the financial services industry at EverBank, Deutsche Bank, and MortgageIT. Linda’s most recent role was as the COO for the non-profit Operation New Hope, where she parlayed her operations and leadership background garnered from her financial services experience.

Ms. Joseph is an articulate communicator, trusted advisor and authentic leader who brings to the ISAC a reputation for building and leading highly engaged cross-functional and culturally diverse teams. Regarding operations within the global healthcare sector, Linda stresses that “Communication is a key driver. The communication style needs to champion the diversity of the cultures.”
During her 8 years at Deutsche Bank as COO Linda was promoted to oversee operations of the second largest (Jacksonville) service center in the US and manage global projects with colleagues across multiple sites in the UK, India, the Philippines and the US.
Linda has a BA in Psychology from North Central University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
