Member Driven Surveys: An online survey to capture feedback for several operational areas to help members determine what is state-of-the-art and what would be considered best practice. We develop specific survey questions, distribute, analyze, and summarize the results on behalf of members.
Topic Driven Surveys: Health-ISAC will create surveys for the membership to get their thoughts/feedback on topics that are in the news, of interest to the industry, and/or based on recent membership “chatter.”
Annual Member Satisfaction Survey: provides valuable insight for Health- ISAC to stay relevant and to learn our Members’ needs and wants. The results of this survey can help us to validate current and future decisions, as well as provide a platform for collaborating with our Members to ensure their collective voice is heard when developing services/ products to serve their needs.
