We value your feedback – Participate in the Annual Member Survey

Health-ISAC relies on Member input to continually improve!

The 2025 Annual Member Satisfaction Survey will be open from May 12th to June 10th.

  1. Respond in SurveyMonkey within the May 16th Health-ISAC email.
  2. Complete the Survey in person at the Spring Americas Summit.

This feedback helps Health-ISAC understand how well it is serving members’ needs

and how it can ensure ongoing value in the future. The survey should take no longer than 11 minutes to complete, and individual responses are completely confidential

and will not be shared with outside partners or agencies.

Please Note: The survey format has been updated moving forward. In even-numbered years, the format will include open-ended questions soliciting Member guidance. In

odd-numbered years, open-ended questions will not appear. Respondents will only be asked to rate service offerings. Of course, Health-ISAC will continue the commitment

to process improvement based on the service feedback. The every-other-year format allows for more thoughtful vetting and implementation of the broad-based suggestions.
