Friday Tour: Private Vatican Museums Experience
Additional Fee Required / Very Limited Capacity Close the Summit with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the Vatican Museums like few others have. This private tour takes place before the Museums open to the public and invites attendees to join the official “clavigero” (key holder) for the ceremonial opening of the galleries—including the Sistine Chapel. Starting at 6:00 AM, you’ll help unlock the historic doors, collect the set of over 300 keys, and switch on the lights as you move through the Simonetti Staircase, Pius-Clementine Museum, Gallery of the Candelabra, Gallery of the Tapestries, Gallery of the Geographical Maps, Raphael Rooms, and more. The tour culminates with a quiet, awe-inspiring moment inside the Sistine Chapel before the crowds arrive. At the end of the tour, enjoy breakfast in the Pinecone Courtyard Bistrot and remain inside the Vatican Museums for further exploration or an optional guided tour. Space is limited—reserve your spot early for this extraordinary experience. Can’t join the official Friday tour?
If space is no longer available, attendees may independently purchase Vatican Museum tickets or tours directly at (website). Please note that these tours are not affiliated with Health-ISAC. Attendees are fully responsible for securing their own tickets in advance and arranging transportation to and from the Vatican. Why Attend
