LEADERSHIP EXERCISE FOR HEALTH-ISAC® MEMBERS
BREACHED! Executive-Level Exercise
Cyber attacks are becoming more frequent and sophisticated, making it inevitable that organizations will become victims. It’s crucial for organizations to continuously prepare and strengthen their ability to recover and safeguard their customers, intellectual property, valuation, and brand. Booz Allen’s BREACHED! Executive-Level Exercise offers a cost-effective virtual or in-person experience that allows leaders to understand the challenges of responding to a company-wide cyber attack.
The exercise begins with participants watching a video situation briefing that explains the current extent of the breach. They then prioritize and engage in role-playing activities.
Participants respond to the facilitator’s incident scenario based on their roles and responsibilities. They also have the option to receive support from a Booz Allen expert who can provide real-world experience and best practices while helping them navigate the
challenging decisions they are facing.
The scenario’s impact intensifies as participants receive updates every 5–10 minutes.
The facilitator guides the discussion, focusing on key learning points as participants discuss their actions, critical decisions, and challenges in response to the scenario.
The exercise concludes with a facilitated discussion on how participants will apply the lessons learned from the exercise to their everyday roles.
Choose the option best for you!
BREACHED! is an off-the-shelf exercise designed to help companies quickly familiarize their executives and business leaders with the risks of a cyber attack.
The exercise can be delivered as is, but for Health-ISAC® members, the scenario information will be tailored to include company-specific systems, plans, customers, third parties, and critical issues. This customization will provide deeper insights and more specific, actionable recommendations for their company. BREACHED! can be delivered in person to maximize player and facilitator engagement, or virtually to limit costs.
